Under the technical name, 'Pursuit of Ultra precision and Mechatromation', the company has now grown into a Synthetic Mechatronics Maker of Machine tools, Electric dischage machines,Material handling machines and Industrial machines under a new structure each section is converted into an 'Operation Division'
Since 1991, The company is striving to speed up the product's development, using the ideas of 'To adapt oneself to nature, while doing technical research'.
Furthermore, we are now continuing research to keep up to society's needs.
For example-added value-elevation, labor-saving and worker-unattendance.From now on, all sections will devote themselves entirely to the complete production for the satisfaction of the customers.

Seibu Electric, the predecessor of Seibu Electric Mfg. Co.,Ltd., was founded in 1927. Business started for the purpose of manufacturing and repairing electric apparatus and electric instrument. And it was reorganized as a stock company in 1939 and the head office was moved to Koga-machi of the present place in 1945. Thereafter, the company had expanded the business with untiring effort of development and improvement overcoming difficultiss.
The company name was changed form Seibu Electric Mfg.Co.,Ltd., To the present Seibu Electric ＆ Machinery Co., Ltd., and the stocks were listed on Fukuoka Stock Exchange in 1986, and furthermore, the stocks were listed on Osaka Stock Exchange in 1991 as well.
our products have contributed to the improvement of productivity, rationalization of physical distribution, efficiency, and labor saving in various fields such as automobile, precision machinery, metal model, petrochemical industry, civil engineering and construction, shipbuilding, and so on.
