High-rigidity base and slide construction

FEM analysis of the machine base is utilized to maximize twisting rigidity in the design, and the use of a dovetail slide in the sliding mechanism provides excellent rigidity and long-lasting precision while eliminating micro-undulations in the surface.

High-precision slide

Full-closed control using a linear scale and high-speed, high-precision servo control are employed, and the main body is designed with a completely thermally symmetrical structure. In addition, dimensional stability is maintainedeven from a cold start through special heat transfer prevention measures in each part and temperature control of the machine body using coolant cooling. The sliding part utilizes a special lubricant oil discharging method to minimize sliding resistance, allowing the system to follow commands as precise as 0.1μm.
